For those of you who remember the year that I ended up in the hospital due to an assault, I have been arguing with DSHS about being disabled both mentally and physically, and DSHS would do nothing to help me, or help me prove that my back was f**ked up. Well this past Wednesday, I had an appointment at DSHS with a wonderful woman who arranged for me to get everything examined that I was saying was wrong. In fact she was very disappointed in the previous evaluator's lack of trying and effort to see if there actually was anything wrong with me. So she set me up for an appointment this past Friday, well long story short, Friday rolls around, I get X-rays, and My lower back is all messed up. 1 screwed up disk, 2 fused disks and 2 herniated disks, and a Moderate scoliosis. So I still have my Mental health evaluation to do, and I want to be clinically diagnosed with what is wrong with me. Sorry for not posting as often, been either busy or away from the internet.

As for school, due to the back pain I have been having due to the above mentioned problems, I couldn't go to school. I got incomplete on all my classes (good thing), only to have them drop my financial aid, so I cannot complete them.

I would not have made it this far without the help of all of my friends that support me and kick my arse in gear to get me to do what I need to do. THANK YOU!

"I am disabled" and feeling accomplished don't go together. It can all be fixed with therapy and stuff. When you do you can feel accomplished.

I am feeling accomplished about finally proving things to DSHS, not about being disabled
